Terms and conditions

1. The payable amount for each booking of photography session/equipment is
transferred upon the completion of the online booking.
2. Cancellation of booking, with refunding the full amount of the money transferred,
is possible up to a week before the booked session. If the cancellation is done in a
time shorter than a week before the booked session, the refund is 50% of the paid
amount including both session booking and equipment booking (if applicable). All
fees for the refund will be paid by the party requiring the cancellation.
3. In case of damaged, rented equipment offered by our company, e.g. lens or
camera, by our clients, the amount equal to the price required to acquire
equipment in analogous conditions and performance class will be charged to the
   respective clients.
4. Our company offers photography of wild birds in beautiful setup (natural perches
for the birds, background, and light). However, the birds are not humanized and
are still wild animals with their own habits, which adds to the experience of
photographing from a hide. Therefore, while many species visit frequently our
hide and photographing them is almost ensured, we can not guarantee that
particular species will be present on a particular day. No refund can be offered for
the lack of specific bird species on a particular photography session.
5. Bird activity depends on season. Our team has worked hard in the last years to
ensure high bird activity during the entire year. However, the best time for
photography is during the dry season from May till October. Visiting through the
year is possible but no refund can be offered if the due to rain the bird activity is
lower than average. If the client/s have questions about the best time to book, they
can contact their tour organizer or us.
6. If due to weather conditions the clients are unable to reach us we offer a full
refund of their payment with the refund fees being billed to the canceling party.
7. Reservations can be made on short notice, including the booking of sessions for
the same day if slots are available.
8. A booking for a session at our hide can be made the earliest one year prior to the
   date of the session.
